Generally speaking, after receiving an order, our warehouse usually takes 1-3 working days to process the order. After we process the order, it will be delivered in 2-6 working days. The order will take a total of 3-9 working days to reach you.

Free Shipping Eligibility
By default, free shipping is offered on orders, fulfilled and shipped by Sinoriko.com (excluding bulk orders, gift redemptions, and oversized items). The offer only covers shipping fees and does not include customs or handling fees where applicable. The offer is subject to change; please check our sales events for updates.
Is VAT or Import Tax Included?

Undelivered Packages
When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, a full refund, including shipping charges, will be issued. To repurchase items that were undeliverable, you will need to place a new order. Please ensure your address is correct before confirming your order. If you are purchasing a gift for someone else, it is recommended to notify them about the impending delivery to minimize confusion that might lead to a refusal of the package.
Track Your Order
We will provide you with the tracking website’s URL and tracking number. After you place an order, we will email you the tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped, or is ready for shipment. You will receive email notifications when the shipping status changes. You can visit the tracking website’s order status page 24/7 to view the most up-to-date status of your order. To Request a Cancellation
